​Karan Recruitment was born out of a personal need for something different—something honest, transparent, and human centric in the hiring process. Too often, as both a candidate and a client, I found myself frustrated because the process felt transactional. Like I was just a number, it felt impersonal, and rushed. It lacked understanding and there was a lot of pressure to make decisions even when the details that mattered most were missing. I wanted something different for myself, a place where I could be seen for who I am, not just what I could offer in the moment.
